Your tasks and responsibilities: · You will provide leadership and development for a team of Product Owners and Agile Business Analysts. Ensure optimal collaboration within the team and promote continuous improvement.· You will plan and manage resources within our agile teams. Ensure that teams have the necessary capacity and skills to carry out their tasks efficiently and successfully.· You will manage the introduction and implementation of agile practices and processes within our teams. Support teams in transitioning to agile working methods.· You will promote self-organization and personal responsibility among employees through appropriate skills development.· You will collaborate with the Agile Transformation team within our global organization and contribute to develop and deliver service offerings that support agile working as well as managing both inbound and outbound communication. · You will act as a Product Owner in one of our Agile Teams to pilot agile practices. Your qualifications and experience: · You have a university degree in business administration, communications, business informatics or a comparable course of study.· You have proven experience in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and agile transformation.· You have strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing teams, particularly in Agile setups.· You have excellent resource planning and management capabilities.· A certification in agile practices (e.g., Scrum Master, Product Owner, SAFe) is a plus.
