We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow Specialist with extensive knowledge in modules primarily HRSD, ITSM, and Service Portal to our office in Stockholm. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in analyzing, designing, developing/writing, and managing ServiceNow applications, with recent implementation experience in the HRSD module. **The role** In this role, you will translate business requirements into technical specifications and create deliverables in different phases of the project life-cycle by decomposing functionality into specifications and business rules. You will produce business requirement documents (BRD), functional specifications, and business process flows. You will analyze business processes and perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and feasibility studies. You will liaise with onsite/offsite development teams on a daily basis to monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, and recommending actions. You will gather business requirements by interfacing with internal and external stakeholders and conduct analysis for application development. Additionally, you will facilitate requirement workshops. A detailed knowledge of Service Desk processes and ITIL standards is essential. You should have experience with ServiceNow implementation and knowledge in ServiceNow Orchestration. Good knowledge of ServiceNow Plugins, along with strong communication, presentation, and client handling skills, is required. Proficiency in Java Scripting and hands-on experience with ITIL process implementation is also necessary. You will be responsible for custom application design and development on the ServiceNow platform, with hands-on design, development, and deployment experience. You should be adept at creating required information for reporting and dashboards.   **Technical Expertise** + Knowledge in HRSD Life Cycle, ITSM + Customisation and Administration of ServiceNow Core Modules + ServiceNow Client side and Server Side Scripting. + Data importing using Import Sets (Data Source/Import Sets/Transform Maps) + Service portal knowledge. + Administration and creation of interactive portals. + Strong in ITIL processes. + ServiceNow Orchestration + Provide software configuration and customization including, but not limited to: screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports,integration, custom scripting and third party software integrations + Obtain and analyze business requirements and document technical solutions + Develop, design and rollout new application modules, workflows and catalog requests + Research new functionality and recommend solutions that deliver customer value **Preferred Skills** + Understanding of Configuration Management as it relates to ITIL + Web Services Integration (SOAP, REST, and JSON) + Experience implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology + Experienced in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes including customer requirement analysis and system design + Administration of a ServiceNow instance including the delegation of groups, modification of CMS, workflows, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, dictionary, catalog items and updates of all other existing solutions requiring revisions + ITIL certification is a plus + RSD ServiceNow Implementer Certification is a plus **Candidates should demonstrate experience in the following areas:** + Design and delivery of technical solutions based on the ServiceNow platform + Leadership skills in technical initiatives + Generating detailed documentation + Communications that clearly articulate solutions and the ability to perform demonstrations **Language** Fluent in both English and Swedish, written as verbal.
