Job Description
A fintech client of Insight Global is seeking a Senior Project/Product Manager to oversee the execution of ServiceNow Service Catalog implementation. This role is critical to establishing a single source of truth for service catalog data and improving lifecycle management processes for internal and external users. This individual will require strong organizational skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to manage complex projects in a hybrid methodology environment. Key Responsibilities include:
-Drive the roadmap and execution for ServiceNow implementation
-Collaborate with internal. technical operations teams and external ServiceNow implementation partners.
-Ensure alignment with ITIL best practices and IT service management principles.
-Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions without requiring hands-on configuration.
-Act as a liaison between corporate IT and customer-facing teams to improve incident management workflows.
-Utilize hybrid methodologies (SAFe, waterfall, lean) and tools such as JIRA for project tracking.
-Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels

Skills and Requirements
-7+ years of experience as a Project Manager and/or Product Manager at an enterprise level.
-Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex systems and integrations.
-Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
-Solid understanding of ITIL framework and service management processes.
-Ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver results with minimal guidance.
-Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. -Experience managing large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
