Job Overview:

In this role, you will manage a cloud-based ServiceNow environment that supports IT Service Management, IT Asset Management, Knowledge Management, and HR Service Delivery at P&G. You will also play a crucial role in transitioning ServiceNow operations to a Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) model, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with IT policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure seamless execution of IT operations and support, implementing best practices and continuous improvements to enhance operational efficiency and user satisfaction.
Lead or support Continual Service Improvement (CSI) initiatives by analyzing performance metrics, gathering feedback from stakeholders, and implementing best practices to optimize IT operations and improve service quality.
Responsible for ensuring adherence to internal and external policy requirements related to IT compliance and security, mitigating risks.
Execute or support the planning, testing, and deployment of platform upgrades and releases to ensure minimal business disruption.
Monitor system alerts and respond promptly to incidents, ensuring that Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service Level Indicators (SLIs) of the platform are met or exceeded.
Contribute to the product roadmap by identifying and prioritizing operational enhancements that streamline processes and improve performance.
Utilize established processes, such as Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) metrics, to collect feedback on service quality and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
