Kforce has a client that is seeking a ServiceNow ITSM Developer in Jersey City, NJ. Responsibilities: * ServiceNow ITSM Developer will serve as the technical subject-matter-expert and platform architect for ServiceNow platform * Responsible for the development and sustained support of multiple products * Provide technical stewardship and play a key role in the transformation of IT Service Management platform while supporting current state * Take ownership and collaborate with ITSM process/function owners and SMEs across IT to implement and enhance capabilities * Lead the requirements and design workshops, and implementation of ITSM * As a ServiceNow ITSM Developer, you will design, develop, test implement and support ServiceNow ITSM capabilities * Analyze existing processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement, consolidation, and enhancements * Engage in day-to-day operational support and continuous capability improvement * Engage in on call support as needed * Maintain adequate process, operational documentation and reporting
