The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a ServiceNow ITOM Engineer to work within the scrum team to design, implement, and configure ServiceNow ITOM capabilities in support of automated network discovery and situational awareness tools. The ServiceNow ITOM Engineer will assess the business impact of specific technologies and proposed strategies and to identify and address technical or operational risks.

Responsibilities:

Utilizes a strong understanding of ServiceNow ITOM Discovery, CMDB, and Service Mapping capabilitiesProposes the shared data needs between the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), Asset Management, and Event Management / Integration and related ITOM/ITSM/ITIL processes cross platform and unique provider contractsUtilizes current ITIL best practices for CMDB procedures and provides input or feedback for continuous improvementPlans for data ingestion and integration from different customer sources, makes design recommendations on that data, and works to reconcile data based on the chosen authoritative sourceITOM and ITSM Suite Service Portal Implementation and CustomizationDevelops Service Portal widgets and capabilitiesLeverages UI policies, UI actions, and client scriptsImplements users, groups, roles, and ACL managementDevelops applications and modules using scripted REST APIs and customized notifications, approvals, and inbound email actions


Qualifications:

Required: 

Must possess an active TS/SCI Clearance with PolygraphBachelor’s Degree in computer science, engineering or other technical disciplineMinimum of 7 years' technical experience to include ServiceNow, utilizing ITOM and/or ITSM2years’ experience working on complex ITOM or ITSM projects2 years’ experience with a scripting language (JavaScript is preferred)Strong communication skillsSecurity+ certification or ability to obtain certification within 3 months of start date


Desired:

Possesses Service Now Developer certifications, such as Certified ServiceNow Administrator or Certified ServiceNow DeveloperServiceNow ITOM Discovery, CMDB, and Service Mapping certificationsStrong technical background with Splunk ITSIStrong technical background in Cloud ArchitectureSystem Administration knowledge for at least one operating system: Linux, Unix, WindowsKnowledge of networking protocols: TCP/IP, IP addresses, HTTP, DNSA high-level understanding of key security concepts, such as firewall design

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$113,200 - $237,800
