ServiceNow Engineer
Job Description Insight Global is seeking a ServiceNow Engineer for one of our largest clients. The Engineer will work as a member of a 3 person team that supports the ServiceNow platform, collaborating with technology teams and other departments to design, implement, and maintain workflow and service management solutions to improve the performance of technology. The Engineer is responsible for the configuration and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform. This includes collaborating with other team members, establishing standards for junior team members, and ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of Information Technology services and support through effective function and integration of related underlying systems. Carrying out these duties will include leading the design of systems integrations and corresponding process, as well as coding features and scripting automated tasks. Skills and Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 10 years of work experience relating to Information Technology, specifically pertaining to support, development, architecture, and design of IT systems. 5 years of work experience in a technical support role. 5 years supporting the ITSM module of the ServiceNow platform 2 years of work experience in an engineering role working with ServiceNow products. Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform.
