Position: ServiceNow Engineer
Location: Hyderabad / Indore / Bangalore
Experience: 5–8 years
Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST (Work from Office)

Key Responsibilities:

Daily admin tasks (user access, alerts, groups, roles, etc.)

Handle service requests, reports, and automation items

Modify workflows, UI, forms, and catalog items

Ensure performance monitoring and routine health checks

Manage API integrations, transform maps, and mid-server issues

Execute changes with effort under 24 hours

Requirements:

Proven experience in ServiceNow platform modules (Incident, Change, CMDB, Asset, etc.)

Strong understanding of access control, workflow config, and system performance

Good communication and problem-solving skills

ServiceNow certification preferred

Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or related field
