This role offers the exciting opportunity to implement DevOps practices in our ServiceNow environment, develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations with enterprise systems, and collaborate with global experts in Digital Technology and Sanofi's Enterprise Architecture. Join us to be at the forefront of technological advancement, shaping the future of our Digital & AI landscape! **Main Responsibilities:** + **ServiceNow Development:** Design and Build ServiceNow Integrations for Automations & Flows with Sanofi Applications and Foundation Data to meet business requirements. + **Integration:** Implement secured, reusable endpoints to accelerate and facilitate business transactions & processes between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems + **DevOps Implementation:** Apply DevOps Best Practices to ServiceNow development and deployment processes to improve Development and Automation lifecycle + **Documentation:** Maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow applications, Manage source control and Implement automated testing **About You:** + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field + 2-3 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration + Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM).
