Job Description Insight Global is looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join large consulting client on a 6 month contract working fully remote in Canada working PST hours. The successful candidate will join a project to modernize it's workforce planning and employee movement process. Expertise in customizing HRSD modules, integrating SAP SuccessFactors using REST or SOAP, creating reports/dashboards, and supporting workforce-planning use cases is essential to succeed in this role. Skills and Requirements • 10+ years experience working in ServiceNow development roles for medium-large organizations • 5+ years experience with ServiceNow HRSD development • 5+ years experience with integrating SAP SuccessFactors using REST, SOAP, or IntegrationHub • Strong background building workflows, forms, dashboards, and complex HRSD configurations • Strong communication skills both written and verbally • ServiceNow certifications strongly preferred (CSA, HRSD certs, etc.) • Experience with scenario‑style planning tools • Employee Center / Employee Center Pro experience • Experience in public sector environments
