We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with hands-on experience in Field Service Management (FSM), Customer Service Management (CSM), and Legal Service Delivery (optional but preferred) modules. The developer will be responsible for building, configuring, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions to support multiple business functions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and alignment with organizational goals.
This role requires hybrid presence in one of CGI's Atlantic Canada offices. We have locations in Halifax, NS, Moncton and Fredericton, NB, Stratford, PE and St. John's, NL.
. Design, develop, configure, and customize applications and workflows in ServiceNow FSM, CSM, and Legal Service Delivery modules.
. Build and enhance case management, dispatch and scheduling, and legal intake workflows.
. Configure and customize ServiceNow forms, UI policies, client scripts, business rules, and flow designers.
. Develop Service Portal pages and custom widgets to enhance user experience.
. Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
. Participate in technical design discussions and recommend best practices for ServiceNow development.
. Support testing, debugging, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
. Work closely with business analysts, process owners, and administrators to ensure solutions meet requirements.
. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - CSM
. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - FSM
. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
. 5+ years of hands-on development experience in ServiceNow.
. Proven experience with: JavaScript, Glide scripting, Flow Designer, and UI Builder.
. Strong understanding of Service Portal development and UI customization.
. Experience creating and managing integration workflows (REST/SOAP, MID Server).
. Working knowledge of ITIL processes and ServiceNow data model.
. Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills.
