A skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, implement, and optimize solutions across multiple ServiceNow modules, including IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD), Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Configuration Management Database (CMDB), Software Asset Management (SAM), Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Generative AI (Gen AI), and system integrations. This role requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow capabilities, best practices, and customization to align with business requirements and drive digital transformation. knowledge on Nuvolo.
Key Responsibilities:
looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with a strong focus on Service Portal development and hands-on experience across key ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and Integrations. Exposure to ITAM will be an added advantage. The ideal candidate should be able to design, configure, and customize ServiceNow solutions that enhance user experience, improve automation, and align with ITIL best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow Service Portal using AngularJS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and the ServiceNow Widget framework.
• Develop and maintain custom widgets, pages, and UI components for the Service Portal.
• Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional ServiceNow solutions.
• Implement and support ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, Knowledge, etc.).
• Collaborate with ITOM teams on Discovery, Event Management, and Integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers.
• Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.
• Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, and technical documentation.
• Ensure platform stability, performance, and adherence to governance and best practices.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes.
• Support ITAM modules (Hardware, Software, and CMDB relationships) as needed.
• Stay updated on new ServiceNow releases and recommend enhancements to leverage new capabilities.
Additional Requirements:
• experience in ServiceNow customizations, workflow automation, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Strong understanding of ITIL practices and frameworks, particularly for ITSM and ITOM modules.
• Prior experience working with Generative AI tools and technologies within ServiceNow is a plus.
