You will create software that enables your clients' hybrid-cloud and AI journeys. Your primary responsibilities include: Expertise in Service Now Applications: Assist clients in the design, business architect, process development, functional implementation, and support of Service Now Applications. Collaborative Solution Architecture and Requirement Detailing: Collaborate with business consultants, project team and client resources in defining, detailing and scoping the technical requirements into solution architecture. Continuous Learning and Growth: You’ll have access to technical and management training courses to grow your expertise within Salesforce and other areas of interest. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Development and Enhancement Responsibilities: Deliver top-tier enhancements to the IT4U portal, focusing on areas such as catalog items, knowledge workflows, portal improvements, and Employee Center Pro. Collaborate with Business Analysts and UX designers to transform business requirements into effective technical solutions. * Code Quality and Defect Resolution: Commit to maintaining excellent code quality and ensuring all work adheres to established governance standards. Actively identify, rectify, and prevent defects within the system. * Virtual Agent and Automation Contributions: Play a key role in the creation of virtual agent topics and automation within the IT4U user experience, aiming to streamline processes and improve user interaction. * Knowledge Sharing and Guidance: Provide expert technical advice and share knowledge to boost the team's capabilities and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. * Technical Proficiency Requirements: Possess hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, including catalog management, knowledge management, portal customization, and Employee Center Pro. Familiarity with scripting and configuration is essential. Additionally, proficiency in using tools like JIRA and the Microsoft 365 suite, along with a minimum of three years of relevant experience, is required.
