Kforce has a client in Sanford, FL that is seeking a proactive and experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, with hands-on experience designing, configuring, and developing custom solutions that drive efficiency and streamline business processes. Key Responsibilities: * Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform across various modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.) * Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate the rollout of new applications and modules * Develop custom workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications * Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, solution designs, and deployment procedures * Implement and support integrations between ServiceNow and third-party platforms using REST/SOAP APIs, MID servers, and other technologies * Participate in platform upgrades and ensure compatibility of customizations * Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis to resolve bugs and performance issues * Stay current with new features and best practices related to the ServiceNow platform
