ServiceNow Expertise: In-depth knowledge of ITSM, ITOM (Discovery, CMP, Service Mapping), GRC, and IRM modules. Development Proficiency: Strong experience with ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer (lowcode/no-code), and integration techniques (REST, SOAP). Problem Solving: Advanced analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and manage multiple priorities effectively. Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work seamlessly across distributed teams and stakeholders. Quality Focus: Commitment to writing clean, maintainable code and participating in code reviews and automated testing. Core Responsibilities Analyze business requirements and design scalable ServiceNow solutions. Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform to align with business needs. Develop and maintain high-quality code using ServiceNow best practices. Perform code reviews, enforce quality standards, and contribute to automated testing. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the ServiceNow ecosystem. Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST, SOAP, and other protocols. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and efficient solutions. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and resolve defects in a timely manner.
