At DXC Technology, we’re expanding our ServiceNow Practice in Denmark and looking for a talented ServiceNow Architect with strong IT Operations Management (ITOM) experience. You’ll join a cross-European team delivering solutions to leading clients in Denmark and Europe.

Key responsibilities:

Guide and challenge customers on implementations and build the best possible ServiceNow platform to meet customer demands and expectationsDesign IT services and business processes and implement these for customers in the ServiceNow platformBuild applications in ServiceNow with the “low-code/no-code” mindset as well as using Best Practice and Customer First when codingChallenge customers on their current IT processes including but not land optimize using a value driven mindsetWork with international team of consultants, to deliver the most value for customers in Denmark, Nordics and European regionDemonstrate customer advocacy by emphasizing those features/benefits of relevant ServiceNow solutions and DXC service offerings which meet specific customer’ needs

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience as ServiceNow Architect with IT Architecture and Service DesignA relevant Master's degree within ITKnowledge and experience with implementing the ITOM suite as well as the broader ServiceNow package.Experience with ITOM and ServiceNow Discovery is considered key to the roleExperience with Customer Engagement and relationships as consultant the ability to translate this from demands to implementationExperience with coding and scripting and/or integrations is an advantageMindset of wanting of help customers understand the possibilities of the ServiceNow platform and how to deliver that value through implementationsMust be willing to travel and work at customer sites, as well as working from home and at the officeFluent in Danish and English
