This individual will need to be ambitious, work independently, and also mentor and lead the developers & business process consultants. The ability to handle change ambiguity and excellent time management will be critical in this role. Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed: •Understand customer critical business issues requirements and outcomes •Draft solutions (Design/Build/Manage) defining scope timelines assumptions and dependencies •Incorporate IBM best practices & accelerators to complement ServiceNow module & capabilities DMV/Washington, DC Metro area candidates strongly preferred.
