Lead offshore ServiceNow ITOM delivery by owning Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, and Event Management, while managing offshore teams and supporting global IT operations.
Key Focus Areas:
Lead and manage offshore ITOM teams
Own CMDB governance and data quality
Drive Service Mapping and Discovery strategy
Integrate ITOM with ITSM for operational efficiency
