The Opportunity:

CACI is looking for a ServiceNow Architect to support our DoD customer to implement an enterprise IT service delivery model that provides consistent, secure, high-quality, and cost-effective services to enable mission success and improve end user experience across the customer environment.  On this program, we will deliver capabilities and services to implement and operate an enterprise ITSM solution to enable the DoD customer’s IT operations and transition from legacy ITSM systems. This role will specialize in two areas: onboarding organizations across the DAF onto an enterprise platform in a manner that reconciles unique business requirements with enterprise architecture and integrating systems to deliver Generative AI-based capabilities to the customer.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical oversight and guidance for the development of complex solutions to ensure cohesive operations.Maintain expert-level understanding of enterprise-level architecture.Liaise with business analysts and technical team to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet business needs and comply with enterprise and platform level architecture and standards.Implement modern AI-based tools and integrate systemsDefine architecture design and ensure initiatives are appropriately aligned.Work with business analysts and scrum master to create implementation plans for new features.Work with team members to breakup stories into tasks and assist in completion of tasks in timely fashion.Keep up to date with industry trends and developments.Delegate tasks and ensuring all daily, sprint and release goals are achieved.Identifies risks, opportunities, compliance issues or other architectural concerns.Provide expert advice and technical direction in Agile ceremonies.Develop product teams technical skills through mentoring, coaching, and peer reviews.Oversee the development pipeline and assist with update set promotions such that there is a consistent and reliable process for moving work into production.

Qualifications:

Required: 

15+ Years of relevant experience (Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field may be substituted for 5 years of relevant experience).3+ years’ experience in incremental software development projects such as the Agile Scrum approachProfessional experience operating within cross-functional teams and groups.Ability to obtain/maintain Secret clearanceCertified ServiceNow AdministratorMust meet 8570/8140 DoD Cyber Workforce Compliance requirement.Experience managing and maintaining ServiceNow instances.Familiarity with DoD cybersecurity best practicesExperience implementing architecture designed to bring organizational-specific capabilities within an enterprise architecture (e.g. via data separation, multi-tenancy, etc.)Experience with LLMs, RAG, Generative AI, and integrating cloud-based systemsAbility to collaborate with Developers, Project Managers, Testers, and Production Support Engineers to implement innovative technical solutions via iterative approach reducing time to deliveryProven experience directly overseeing the architecture and development of the entire ServiceNow platformExperience in agile software development practices and experience delivering deployable software in short sprints.Good ability to anticipate issues and formulate remedial actionsExcellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills

Desired: 

Ability to contribute to the development of program architecture and standards.Experience in Continuous integration, Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) as well as SecDevOps processes and tools.Experience with modern AI-based toolsets

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$114,600-$252,100
