Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior ServiceNow Administrator who can also support ticket triaging and contribute to Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) development. This hybrid role is ideal for someone with foundational ServiceNow experience and a passion for low-code/no-code solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform basic ServiceNow administrative tasks (user management, form updates, workflows, etc.)
• Triage incoming IT support tickets, ensuring proper categorization, prioritization, and assignment
• Develop simple Power Apps and Power Automate flows to streamline business processes
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to facilitate communication and understanding of issues and needs
• Assist in troubleshooting issues as needed

Skills and Requirements
5+ years ServiceNow Administration:
• Basic configuration and maintenance (users, groups, roles, forms, workflows)
• Familiarity with Incident and Request modules
Ticket Triage & Support:
• Experience with IT support ticketing systems
• Ability to assess, categorize, and assign tickets efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and prioritization skills
Microsoft Power Platform:
• Hands-on experience building apps with Power Apps
• Creating and (SOME) managing workflows using Power Automate
• Ability to translate business needs into low-code solutions
Communication & Collaboration:
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams
• Strong documentation and reporting skills 2+ years of hands on PowerApp development null
