What You'll Be Doing

Perform routine maintenance and inspections on plant equipment to ensure safe and efficient operationsOperate mobile and plant equipment as needed to support productionAssist with plant clean-up, material handling, and general labor tasksTroubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues in coordination with maintenance teamsFollow all safety protocols and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement

Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and ability to learn equipment operationsCommitment to working safely and following established proceduresAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as neededPhysical capability to perform manual labor in varying weather conditions

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background checkSome positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
