Responsibilities:

Install, service, and maintain specialty industrial machinery at client sitesSet up and commission new machines or relocate operational equipmentTroubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems both remotely and on-sitePerform customer training and provide after-installation supportRead and interpret mechanical/electrical schematics and technical documentationCollaborate with sales and service teams to support client needs

Qualifications:

Associates degree in Mechanical or Electrical Technology (or equivalent experience)5+ years of hands-on mechanical/electrical experienceStrong communication, customer service, and organizational skillsProficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)Experience with machine installation, PLCs, and servo motorsAbility to troubleshoot and maintain a wide range of industrial equipmentCapable of working independently and traveling frequently (up to 70% nationwide)Ability to lift/move up to 75 lbsAble to travel frequently (up to 70%) and adapt to varying work environments
