The ESP Service Technician Supervisor serves as the local subject matter expert on all things laundry and warewash, supports and develops the Phoenix Service team (6+ technicians), and helps drive and grow the overall service proposition.
This is a day shift position, and the schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Hours may vary slightly due to business needs.

ResponsibilitiesYou will:
Monitor technician’s performance, including productivity, quality of work, and adherence to safety protocols.Assign service calls and work orders to technicians.Monitor the status of open repairs with workshop technicians.Provide some first level of support to Service Technicians requiring assistance.Develop reviewing quotes for accuracy prior to communication with customers.Conduct pre-job safety meetings.Facilitate invoicing of the completed service orders.Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to technicians.Assist in providing excellent service and communication throughout the entire service process.Schedule service appointments and route accordingly. QualificationsYou have:
Minimum of 1-year Electrical experienceMinimum of 1-year Plumbing experienceActive and valid driver's license and clear MVRHigh standard of workmanship and professionalismGood troubleshooting abilityExcellent communication skillsUnderstanding of principles of operation of dish machines and laundry machine functionsProficiency in Microsoft Office
