\nAbout the Role
\nAs a Service Technician Level III, you will apply a working knowledge of computer science & electronics accompanied with technical concepts, practices and procedures to a wide variety of assignments. The incumbent generally is a member of the customer support team and works on light to moderately complex work orders with normal to critical deadlines, and typically operates independently to troubleshoot hardware, software, equipment problems with general oversight on more complex assignments.
\nResponsibilities
\n\n Maintain Ticket Vending Machines & Ticket Operator Machines on a Monthly & Quarterly basis or as needed to include cleanliness of interior/exterior Ticket Vending Machines (TVMs), Ticket Operator Machines (TOMs) and to detect and resolve component wear and tear.\n Provide quick response to Work Orders sent via Work Order Management System. \n Troubleshoot & Resolve Machine Hardware electrical, electronic, communication, & functionality related issues for resolution and maximum uptime on new & existing systems..\n Interface with Various IT departments to resolve software issues detected internal or external to TVMs/TOMs.\n Keep inventory of replacement parts, tools & cleaning supplies within a company assigned Vehicle or Local storage location.\n Communicate regularly with Customer Care Department to resolve Work Order Issues and/or report new issues via company assigned mobile phone.\n Assist in training new hires. \n Communicate regularly with Customer Care Department to resolve Work Order Issues and/or report new issues via company assigned mobile phone.\n Uses standard hand tools and technical manuals. \n Work requirements may centralized or may float to various locations.\n\nRequirements

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
