Trane Technologies is hiring for Service Technician role to join our Team in Czech Republic. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by servicing products and equipment on assigned projects. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to our mission of creating a more sustainable future. The territorial scope of the position includes: Czechia Region, Prague or West part of Czechia.

What you will do: 

Responsible for servicing products and equipment on assigned projects and ensuring customer satisfaction. 

Performing commissioning of Trane equipment. 

Identifies, analyses, diagnoses, and repairs systems and products at customer’s location. 

Performs preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacement, and modifications as needed or requested by customers. 

Reporting completed work in accordance with company standards. 

Represents the company by serving as a direct customer contact.  

Provides re-training and follow-up training at customer site. 

What you will bring:   

Technical education (mechanics, refrigeration, electrical). 

Minimum 2 years of experience as a service technician for refrigeration equipment. 

Ability to perform diagnostics on refrigeration equipment (chillers, rooftops, etc.). 

Knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems. 

Knowledge of control systems for refrigeration and ventilation equipment. 

Knowledge of refrigeration installations. 

Valid local driving license. 

Good communication skills and ability to work with clients. 

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted point of contact. 

Mandatory certification (F-Gas refrigerant, electrical).
