This position serves as the Service Technical Coordinator for the country, operating within a compact team and reporting directly to the Country Leader. As the Service Technical Coordinator, the individual will play a central role in planning, coordinating, controlling, and directing the activities of operational resources. A key responsibility will be ensuring the effective execution of service agreements and repair work.

The role requires strong organizational capability, technical understanding, and the ability to work independently while maintaining close collaboration with service teams. Daily activities will include customer interaction, communication with Field Technicians. Through effective intervention planning and resource alignment, the Service Technical Coordinator will support high‑quality, timely, and efficient service delivery across the country.

Responsibilities:   

Coordinates service resources and assign team members to project.Schedules personnel, materials, sub-contractors and equipment based on project needs, skill sets, and availability.Interacts and communicates with all Service Sales Engineers and HVAC FSR to assign/dispatch HVAC TechniciansCoordinates operations interaction with the Parts Department and Acquisition, as necessary. Maintains customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, routing them to the assigned staff, and responding to special requests.Generates work orders, reviews project paperwork, forwards project paperwork to Project Administrators, and generates various reports.

Requirements: 

Degree in a technical field, preferable within refrigeration field.3-5 years of refrigeration experience.Excellent Customer Service skills - need to be comfortable and effective on the phone.Must be organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize daily interruptions.Strong attention to detail and enjoy working in fast paced environment.Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows.Flexibility to work overtime as required.Experience in office work administration.Familiarity with the operation of Energy Management Systems, HVAC Systems and/or Temperature Controls preferred.
