Responsibilities:

Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Lithia and manufacturer standards.Diagnose cause of malfunction.Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements.Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.Accurately record time spent on repairs utilizing company time clocking procedures.Document work performed on repair order and document test procedures/results.Maintain an organized and clean workspace, completing a stall cleaning every day. Acquire and maintain manufacturer and ASE certifications by completing the necessary and required training.Constructively communicate with other dealership personnel as required to satisfy customer needs.

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detailSense of urgencyAttention to detailExcellent communicationPrior Dealership or Private Repair Experience (3-5 years) ASE CertificationsHonda experience is a huge plusStrong work ethicAcceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

 

The flat rate pay range for this position is $28-$33 per flat rate hour

 

This is a performance driven position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of the total compensation, which includes bonuses based on Production/Productivity.
