Where is the work:

On-Site (5 days)

 

 

Duties:

Diagnose causes of problems for the purpose of system preparation, replacement needs or recommending preventive maintenance. Prepare maintenance, T&C, Repair, Troubleshooting and ensure reports are timely and accuracy.Response and handle technical disputes and queries from the service’s customers.Support Service Sales Team by searching for service potential jobs to meet the department sales target.Comply with company EH&S policies, procedures, rules, requirements and applicable local regulations.Report fully current issues from jobsite and suggest solutions to correct.Participate all company training or meeting timely as schedule when requiredImplementation testing and commissioning, maintenance and services for Trane equipmentSatisfy customer by receiving and solving their feedback, complaint on product time by time.Report and response all required matters to internal and external customers timely as response process when requiredCommit and fully align to new target setting and works requested based on business direction and   Direct Manager

Job Requirement:

Candidates must have HVAC/Thermal & Refrigeration backgroundUniversity/College degree is required.Good at English in all skillsSolving problem skillSafety knowledgeWorking overtime and travelling are required.Proficient Microsoft office skillsGood attitude is a MUSTGood communication and customer service skills
