Our Opening and Your ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you’ll be part of a skilled service team responsible for maintaining, repairing, and calibrating Rainin pipettes and related equipment. Your day may include:
Diagnosing instrument issues with a mix of curiosity and precisionPerforming repairs, maintenance, and calibrations according to our quality standardsDocumenting service activities with accuracy and attention to detailEnsuring every instrument shipped back to customers performs like newLearning new techniques and tools that support our evolving service operations
You’ll play a key role in keeping our customers' labs running smoothly — and protecting the integrity of the experiments that happen there.
What You Need to SucceedRequired Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training a plusStrong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot small, precision instrumentsExcellent attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality workmanshipAbility to follow standardized procedures and accurately document service activitiesBasic proficiency with computers and data entryGood hand–eye coordination and comfort working with small componentsStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage assigned workloads efficiently
Preferred Qualifications
