Subaru of Thousand Oaks is looking for an experienced, motivated Smog-Certified Service Technician to join our award-winning service team. What You’ll Do

Perform accurate and efficient diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Subaru vehicles and other makesConduct California smog inspections in accordance with state regulationsComplete multi-point inspections and document findings clearlyCommunicate effectively with advisors and team membersMaintain a clean, professional work environmentDeliver the high-quality service experience our customers expect

What We’re Looking For

Current California Smog Certification (Required)Automotive technician experience (Subaru or other OEM certification a plus)Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skillsValid driver’s license with a clean driving recordReliable, team-oriented, and committed to excellence

The Flat Rate Range for this position is $17.00 - $62.00.

This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Bonuses based on Production Productivity.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
