Why this shop: + Competitive flat rate pay + Paid manufacturer training and career development opportunities + Full benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), and more) + Employee discounts on vehicles, parts, and service + A clean, modern facility and the chance to work with all makes and models + Great team culture and fair management What You’ll Do: + Perform thorough inspections and reconditioning on pre-owned vehicles + Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues to ensure reliability and safety + Document repair procedures, findings, and recommendations + Collaborate with service advisors, parts department, and management + Ensure all work meets manufacturer and dealership quality standards What We’re Looking For: + 2+ years of experience as an automotive technician (used car or pre-owned experience preferred) + ASE certifications (preferred but not required) + Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, or Ram experience is a strong plus + Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills + Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record + Dependability, efficiency, and attention to detail Responsibilities: As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for completing assigned services and/or repairs in an efficient and effective manner, providing workmanship that displays pride and quality. + Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements. + Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work. + Document work performed on repair order and document test procedures/results. Qualifications: + Time Management- ability to manage one’s own. + Attention to detail. + Mechanical aptitude and drive to be in the automotive industry. + Operate a wide variety of cars, light trucks, and vans, with ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions. + High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older. + This is a driving position that requires an acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence.
