**Position summary:** To solve the technical/application problems of the product of Stryker installed in market, support sales/marketing for technical issues to keep business growing **Essential Duties & Responsibilities:** _(Detailed Description)_ + Product installation, operation guide, OR standby, maintenance guide for customers + Coaching dealer’s field engineers to do any field engineering action + Prepare, set up, standby for any product demonstration / exhibition for sales / marketing department + Act as a bridge between customer and service center for the communication on trouble-shooting + Report and deliver the Non-local-repairable faulty product to repair center + Responsible for the collection of final payment + Build and maintain close relationship with customer + Execute the service process + Input all service record in time + Input all business trip record in time **Education & Experience** **:** + Above college degree with specialization in electronics, bioengineering, or relevant special field + At least 1 year of relevant experience gained in medical and healthcare industry is preferred + Technical background is a plus + Auto CAD skill is required(apply to Berchtold engineer) **Physical & Mental Requirements:** + Strong problem solving and communication skills + Continuously demonstrates service awareness through maintaining business relationship + Strong sense of responsibility + With health- related certificates as required by the government to prove good conditions(健康证) Stryker is a global leader in medical technologies and, together with its customers, is driven to make healthcare better.
