We are seeking a skilled Service Systems Analyst to join our dynamic Tech Services team, where you will play a key role in enhancing our Field Service Management platform and supporting our business units. Job Summary The Service Systems Analyst will configure and customize software to meet the needs of BGIS’s service delivery divisions. Collaborating with various departments, you will implement creative solutions to drive positive outcomes while embodying BGIS’s values in all interactions with clients and team members. Key Duties & Responsibilities Enterprise Product Roadmap Functions Support the development of the BGIS Field Service Management platform, integrating with systems like IFS (ServiceTitan), RealSuite, Oracle, and third-party applications. Enhance core functionalities, including process workflows, user-defined fields, configurations, vendor/customer portals, and reporting. Optimize mobile app usage, payroll, scheduling, client management, contract management, pricing, inventory, and service agreements. Facilitate integrations and data sharing with platforms like QuickBooks, Oracle, RealSuite, and external systems (e.g., ServiceChannel). Troubleshoot integration issues with BGIS IT and third-party support. Monitor system activity logs to support troubleshooting and inquiries. Contribute to key initiatives as assigned. Line of Business Support Implement user-defined fields (UDFs) for process flows and database enhancements. Develop and configure process flows within the Field Service platform. Create and publish reports, including invoices, purchase orders, quotes, and performance metrics (e.g., open work order reports). Manage mobile app configurations and oversee BGIS activity. Support Power BI reporting platform development and assist business units with self-developed reports. Software Adoption and Training Strategy Lead migration efforts for acquired businesses, including customizations, process flows, and legacy data integration. Support training programs for new and existing team members and acquired business units to ensure optimal software adoption. Tracking and Reporting Analyze software upgrades to ensure they meet user expectations. Evaluate efficiencies, such as improved dispatch performance, technician productivity, and customer satisfaction. Drive positive feedback and revenue growth through effective system utilization. Knowledge & Skills Proven experience with Field Service Platforms (e.g., ServiceTitan, IFS, Sampro, DataBasics, Jonas). Associate degree or equivalent experience in a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role. Excellent communication skills with internal teams and external clients. Strong problem-solving and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn new software platforms. Knowledge of SQL and XMLS preferred.
