Position Summary:
The Service Support Representative plays a key role in ensuring that both pre-sale and post-sale service activities consistently meet or exceed customer expectations. Acting as a central point of coordination between customers and internal stakeholders, this role supports daily operations, helps streamline processes, and ensures the efficient delivery of service support across multiple channels and teams.
What you will do:
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as a liaison between internal teams to ensure smooth, high-quality service.Collaborate with Service Market Development to monitor trends and competitor activity, contributing insights to support growth strategies.Assist in delivering and improving service offerings across established and emerging markets.Oversee contract-related billing for parts, labor, travel, and pricing in line with market conditions.Coordinate with Level 2 support to dispatch field service calls and provide administrative support to the technical team.Help maintain data integrity through system cleanups and updates aligned with global standards.Respond to service tenders and support the preparation of required documentation.Generate reports and performance metrics to guide business decisions and track service effectiveness.
