Position Summary
The Service Supervisor oversees front‑end operations to ensure efficient, accurate, and friendly customer service. This role supports daily leadership of cashiers and service desk associates, maintains operational standards, and helps deliver a positive customer experience. The Service Supervisor serves as the primary point of contact on the front end in the absence of store management.

Key Responsibilities Supervise daily front‑end operations, including checkout lanes and service desk activities Ensure excellent customer service, resolving questions, concerns, and complaints promptly Support scheduling, payroll accuracy, and labor efficiency on the front end Maintain compliance with cash handling, till management, and loss prevention procedures Monitor register performance, wait times, and staffing levels to meet service goals Enforce company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures Assist with overrides, refunds, exchanges, and customer assistance as needed Ensure front‑end areas are clean, organized, and properly supplied People Leadership Train, coach, and support cashiers and service desk associates Provide clear direction and daily task assignments Lead by example with a strong customer‑first mindset Communicate expectations and provide performance feedback Promote teamwork and a respectful, inclusive work environment Customer Experience & Operations Model friendly, professional guest interaction at all times Support loyalty programs, promotions, and service initiatives Assist with opening and closing procedures Partner with store management to address operational issues Qualifications Previous front‑end, customer service, or supervisory experience preferred Strong communication and problem‑solving skills Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly Basic knowledge of POS systems and front‑end operations Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays Skills & Competencies Customer‑focused attitude Leadership and team support Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment Conflict resolution and decision‑making skills
