We are looking for a talented **Service Supervisor** to join our team specializing in **Service** for **Cummins** in **Cestlice, Praha-Vychod, Czech Republic.**
**In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:**
+ Supervise Service Technicians and Team Leaders, ensuring efficient installation, service, and repair of equipment and machinery.
+ Coordinate and schedule Technician work assignments, aligning repair plans with customer quotes and expectations.
+ Monitor Technician productivity and repair quality, providing coaching, feedback, and performance reviews to support professional growth.
+ Act as the first level of support for Technicians, escalating technical issues as needed for timely resolution.
+ Manage service logistics, including materials, equipment, and workforce allocation, while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
+ Review and develop accurate repair quotes, providing customers with timely updates on repair status and schedule changes.
+ Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, refining processes to align with evolving customer expectations and company goals.
+ Monitor repair progress, address delays, and maintain superior customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
**Qualifications**
**Education/ Experience:**
+ College, university, or equivalent degree in a relevant discipline or relevant experience equivalent required.
+ Intermediate level of relevant work experience in a technical field, including team leadership experience, required.
+ Fluent in Czech language.
+ Fluent in English.
