Service Supervisor
We are looking for a talented **Service Supervisor** to join our team specializing in **Service** for **Cummins** in **Cestlice, Praha-Vychod, Czech Republic.** **In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:** + Supervise Service Technicians and Team Leaders, ensuring efficient installation, service, and repair of equipment and machinery. + Coordinate and schedule Technician work assignments, aligning repair plans with customer quotes and expectations. + Monitor Technician productivity and repair quality, providing coaching, feedback, and performance reviews to support professional growth. + Act as the first level of support for Technicians, escalating technical issues as needed for timely resolution. + Manage service logistics, including materials, equipment, and workforce allocation, while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. + Review and develop accurate repair quotes, providing customers with timely updates on repair status and schedule changes. + Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, refining processes to align with evolving customer expectations and company goals. + Monitor repair progress, address delays, and maintain superior customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. **Qualifications** **Education/ Experience:** + College, university, or equivalent degree in a relevant discipline or relevant experience equivalent required. + Intermediate level of relevant work experience in a technical field, including team leadership experience, required. + Fluent in Czech language. + Fluent in English. **Responsibilities** **To be successful in this role you will need the following:** + Solid technical skills with solid English proficiency and experience leading service teams. + Proven leadership and business acumen, with the ability to guide teams effectively in a service environment. + Solid financial acumen, using key financial indicators to drive informed business decisions. + Excellent communication and customer focus, ensuring clear messaging, accountability, and customer-centric solutions. **Job** Service **Organization** Cummins Inc. **Role Category** On-site **Job Type** Exempt - Experienced **ReqID** 2417700 **Relocation Package** No
