Service Specialist - Supply Chain

**Your responsibilities**
• Monitor status for all deliveries to ensure on-time execution.
• Identify potential issues and implement solutions to maintain Customer service expectations
• Proactively communicate to internal and external stakeholders regarding load status and resolution action plans
• Identify repeatable issues related to any part of transport operation and develop solutions to resolve
• Work closely with Supply Chain teams to continuously improve processes and service
**Our requirements**
• Fluent English - written and spoken – German or French would be an advantage
• Strong service orientation and very good communication skills
• Openness ability to build relationships with internal and external partners
• Good communication skills
• Computer literacy
• MS Office literacy
• Problems solving capabilities
• Agility and resilience will be important when dealing with different challenges
