What the day will look like
Your day will be busy with a focus on client servicing which will be the key to your success!
Responsibilities:
+ Provide essential administration support to Account Brokers, helping manage client insurance and risk needs.
+ Engage directly with clients via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings, delivering responsive and professional service.
+ Take ownership of insurance policy lifecycle activities—pre-renewal, renewal, post-renewal, drafting quotations, endorsements, certificates of currency, cancellations, and renewal reports.
+ Prepare, lodge, and invoice insurance policies accurately and efficiently.
+ Build strong relationships with Brokers, Underwriters, Client Executives, and Managers.
+ Enhance the client experience through proactive problem solving and exceptional attention to detail.
