Building Strong Customer Relationships: Initiate engagement activities to identify new opportunities and foster lasting partnerships with our clients.Driving Business Growth: Conduct thorough analysis to pinpoint potential prospects and expand our market presence.Developing Tailored Solutions: Conduct site surveys and create customized recommendations for system upgrades and modernizations, especially for older equipment.Optimizing Customer Systems: Provide expert recommendations on preventing incidents, extending system lifespan, and improving power efficiency.Managing the Sales Cycle: Develop sales packages, prepare customized offers, and follow up with customers to ensure a smooth sales process.Collaborating for Success: Coordinate with internal teams like purchasing to accurately calculate costs and deliver competitive proposals.
Your Defining Qualities:
Technical Acumen: Possess a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with strong working knowledge of electrical distribution and control systems. Strong working knowledge of Siemens LV&MV Switchgear, Protection Relaying, Control & Protection Systems, Substation Automation, and SCADA. Sales Expertise: Proven experience in sales, particularly in industrial or energy sectors, with a track record of identifying and securing new business.Customer Focus: Exceptional relationship-building skills and a customer-centric mindset, always striving to understand and meet client needs.Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to analyze technical issues and propose effective, rapid solutions.Communication Prowess: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective customer interactions and cross-functional teamwork.Business Insight: Ability to predict sales trends and analyze market opportunities to contribute to strategic growth.
