Innomotics is looking to hire a service sales specialist for our variable speed drives and motors portfolio. This person will be responsible for developing service sales for our portfolio of services in designated accounts and supporting activities with our area sales team.
About the role
A snapshot of your day would include but not be limited to:
Sales and development of field service and service contracts. Service contract management of assigned customer contracts. Hold regular service meetings with customers to understand their service requirements and identify service sales opportunities. Proactive management and development of ibase for lifecycle services such as upgrades, refurbishments and spare parts. Promotion and development of digitally enabled services portfolio. Development and sales of Low Voltage motor retrofits. Working in key traditional verticals including but not limited to Power, Oil & Gas, Minerals, EfW, Water & Wastewater Treatment, Chemicals, Steel and emerging new growth areas such CCUS, Hydrogen, Gas Turbine Replacement, Energy Storage and Grid Conversion. Develop overseas service business internally within Innomotics.The successful candidate will be self-motivated and able to work both independently and also collaborate as part of a team. They will be able to demonstrate at least 3 years external sales experience working with rotating machinery applications such as pumps, fans and compressors. Technical experience with variable speed drives will be a strong advantage. Technical experience with motors will be an advantage. Experience and understanding of providing added value to a customer is essential for this for this role.
