Key Responsibilities:

1.Achieve annual service contract product goals established by the company through strategic planning and tactical implementation to promote service products to new service customers in the aftermarket.
2.Lead outbound calling for service and training products from various mediums focused on finding new service customers.
3.Populate new customer information in SFDC and apply regular funnel management in SFDC to demonstrate the quality of the funnel, activity plans, and command of the account base.
4.Engage customers via phone/email, site visits to provide quotations, cross-selling, up-selling.

5.Demonstrate effective value selling skills and product/service understanding to uncover customer needs to position an appropriate solution.

6.Proactively partner and communicate with internal teams, e.g. AE, Sales and Marketing to ensure customer satisfaction and close business.

Background and Skill:

1.At least 3-year experience in providing color instrument eg. spectrophotometer, lighting booth services to customers in Textile and Print Package markets （X-Rite instrument service experience is preferred）
2.University degree or Higher diploma in the technical field or apprenticeship in the technical area
3.Proven interpersonal communication (telephone, social medial skills etc) for frequent contact with internal and external customers.
4.Proficiency required for oral and written English.
5.Proficiency with computers, including data entry, spreadsheets, and word processing.
6.Computer proficiency in MS Office Software including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
7.High degree of motivation, goal driven, self-starter.
