Job Description
We are seeking a results-oriented Sales Representative and Scheduler to join our dynamic team. The role involves connecting with potential customers, presenting products and services, closing sales, and managing a sales call schedule to ensure timely follow-ups.
Responsibilities
Conduct outbound sales calls to introduce products and services, generating sales leads.Present product features, benefits, and pricing to potential buyers, tailoring pitches to specific needs and demonstrating value.Manage customer interactions by listening to inquiries and concerns, addressing objections, and providing excellent customer service to build rapport.Close sales using persuasive techniques to encourage orders and achieve sales targets.Coordinate and confirm service appointments, ensuring a smooth workflow and efficient use of time.Document all customer interactions and sales activities meticulously in the CRM system for tracking progress and ensuring follow-ups.Collaborate with colleagues, share best practices, and contribute to the overall sales team's achievements.Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends to enhance performance.Schedule appointments, manage the schedule, and update all parties on any changes.Manage resources including employees, equipment, materials, and parts to ensure optimal utilization.Communicate with stakeholders such as employees, clients, and management to coordinate schedules and address any issues.Utilize scheduling software effectively to manage schedules.Essential Skills
1-3 years of sales or scheduling experience.Strong phone and outreach skills.Excellent communication and follow-up skills, with CRM experience being a huge plus.Ability to learn the business, upsell, and comfortably engage with people.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Recent graduates are welcome to apply.Sales or customer service experience is highly desirable.Familiarity with CRM software is important.Driven to achieve and exceed sales targets with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection with resilience.Strong time management and organizational skills.Problem-solving, adaptability, and analytical thinking.Ability to work under pressure.Work Environment

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sewickley, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.04 - $30.05/hr.
