Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced OA Service Sales Lead to oversee our operations across the Balkans region. This is a strategically critical role that demands a high level of leadership, cross-cultural fluency, and commercial acumen. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving service sales performance, aligning regional strategies, and ensuring operational excellence across a diverse and complex set of markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and execute the OA service sales strategy across the Balkans, covering multiple countries with distinct languages, legal systems, and business practices.Collaborate closely with local and regional teams to ensure alignment with global objectives while adapting to local market dynamics.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal cross-functional teams.Drive pipeline development, forecast accuracy, and sales performance across the region.Provide mentorship and leadership to local sales teams, fostering a high-performance culture.Navigate and manage the complexities of recruitment, retention, and talent development in challenging markets.

Qualifications:

Proven track record in service sales leadership, preferably within a multinational or matrixed organization.Deep understanding of the Balkans region, with experience managing across multiple countries and cultures.Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and the ability to execute in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Fluency in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
