This Position reports to:
Local/Hub Division Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to ensure successful implementation of the service sales strategy for the assigned area. Each day, you will ensure profitable achievement of qualitative and quantitative targets related to Life Cycle Management (LCM) and service products and solutions. You will also showcase your expertise by determining account and acquisition plans to support growth.
The work model for the role is: {onsite/hybrid}
This role is contributing to the Process Automation in Egypt, North and Central Africa.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Creating, planning, and implementing service sales strategies by increasing the Installed Base (IB) penetration through effective utilization of IB database.
Participating in negotiations of major contracts to secure service sales volume.
Ensuring the setting, periodic-review, and achievement of service sales targets by providing cost effective solutions to the customers and initiating improvement plans as needed
Obtaining feedback on sales development, distributing of resources for service sales activities, and reporting current market status.

Qualifications for the role
15+ years of experience in process automation service and technical sales, preferably in both process automation and electrification.
Bachelor’s degree in electrical or Automation engineering.
Strong understanding of ABB’s installed base and service portfolio is a great plus.
Experience in the energy or process industries is highly desirable.
Fluent in English and Arabic; French is a plus.
