We boldly go. **Where is the work:** On-Site (5 days) **What’s in it for you ​:** + Analyse and leverage on the existing installed base to promote our full services portfolio (repairs, maintenance, parts, upgrade of the existing units and rental). + Maximize customer and order acquisition in line with company strategy. + Overall responsibility for service sales and customer development in an assigned sales territory, by providing customer value through technical and commercial expertise and partnering. **What you will do ​:** + Customer & order acquisition for service products + Identify potential opportunities with existing and new customers + Identify sales opportunities, elaborate proposals and coordinate other processes to ensure high level of customer satisfaction + Encourage customer growth and loyalty to the company through continuous support and customer assistance + Report according to company rules and use software/programs being obligatory in the company + Prepare and review contract terms and conditions using standard Trane contract templates when applicable + Develop, evaluate and discuss possible solutions with customer + Actively participate in teamwork for projects/jobs defined by Supervisor + Keep customer data base updated + Implement local Service Business programs + Achieve assigned sales and customer development quota through focus on service customer acquisition and development **What you will bring ​:** + Min. 3-4 years of experience in sales of services of technical products or equipment (preferred HVAC) + Technical background within Heating, Cooling, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning + Customer oriented, with highly developed sales skills + Open minded, with willingness to learn and develop + Communication skills and ability to build relationship with the customer + Proficiency in languages: Flemish – mandatory, English – communicative level, French – nice to have + PC skills + Driving license and ability to travel (about 60% of time) We offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs.
