Job summary:
Analyse and leverage on the existing installed base to promote our full services portfolio (repairs, maintenance, parts, upgrade of the existing units and rental).Maximize customer and order acquisition in line with company strategy.Overall responsibility for service sales and customer development in an assigned sales territory, by providing customer value through technical and commercial expertise and partnering.

Customer & order acquisition for service productsIdentify potential opportunities with existing and new customers Identify sales opportunities, elaborate proposals and coordinate other processes to ensure high level of customer satisfactionEncourage customer growth and loyalty to the company through continuous support and customer assistanceReport according to company rules and use software/programs being obligatory in the companyPrepare and review contract terms and conditions using standard Trane contract templates when applicableDevelop, evaluate and discuss possible solutions with customerActively participate in teamwork for projects/jobs defined by SupervisorKeep customer data base updatedImplement local Service Business programsAchieve assigned sales and customer development quota through focus on service customer acquisition and development
Qualifications:
Min. 3-4 years of experience in sales of services of technical products or equipment (preferred HVAC)Technical background within Heating, Cooling, Ventilation, and Air ConditioningCustomer oriented, with highly developed sales skillsOpen minded, with willingness to learn and developCommunication skills and ability to build relationship with the customerProficiency in languages: Flemish – mandatory, English – communicative level, French – nice to havePC skillsDriving license and ability to travel (about 60% of time)
