Service Sales Consultant

Purpose

The maintenance farmer builds relationships and manages the account of existing core 3 customers through telephone and by retaining existing and building new business with them.

He/she also manages and grows portfolio by selling maintenance contracts and related digital services. Additionally, the maintenance farmer generates modernization leads to modernization farmer.

What you’ll deliver:

Customer relationship management

Proactively develops and creates customer relationships in his/her area of responsibilityIs accountable for developing KONE position in his/her customer base or market areaDocuments the customer and contact information, maintains customer data


Sell

Proactively generates opportunities from existing customer baseIs accountable for leads, opportunities, orders and contracts to meet the sales budget and pricing targetsIs accountable for finding customer needs and that KONE’s solution matches with the needsIs responsible for pricing using the approved tendering tools, and for optimizing prices and discounts within his/her authorityValidates that the contents of the contract are in line with the negotiation process outcomeMaintains full information of opportunities, tasks and visits, keeps sales funnel data up-to-dateResponsible for timely and accurate reporting in CRMResponsible for gathering relevant information about market and competitors from the fieldSupports the finance function in money collection.Is responsible for the account over the entire sell process and customer relationshipDrives execution of her/his individual sales plan

What you’ll bring:

Sales and/ or customer service experience

Experience from/ familiar with solution selling methodology

Experience from/ familiar with (selling) complex technology solutions

Experience from / familiar with KONE customers’ industries is a plus

Basic English skills

Basic digital skills and mindset

Bachelor or Master’s degree in economics, engineering or other relevant field

Masters the sales process

Demonstrates service mindset

Numbers and facts drive actions

Is able to bring across customer needs, add value to customers’ businesses by offering solutions that meet their needs and is able to use value based pricing to guarantee healthy margins

Comfortable and excited about the opportunities that digital solutions bring.

Accustomed to use different sales tools
