Service Representative
Job Title: Service Representative Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Service Representative to join our team in Langley. The Service Representative plays a crucial role in supporting company growth by maintaining client accounts and assisting with daily dispatch operations. Responsibilities + Make outbound and receive inbound calls to and from clients. + Coordinate with the field team to ensure timely dispatch and arrival. + Support daily operations across multifunctional teams including sales, operations, and estimating. + Manage scheduling responsibilities. + Build and maintain a diverse sales pipeline aligned with company goals. + Act as the primary contact for client inquiries and resolve issues promptly. + Monitor customer satisfaction and conduct regular check-ins to identify improvement areas. + Foster strong client relationships to secure continuous growth. + Provide pricing and negotiate service agreements/contracts. + Lead strategic planning and forecasting to expand revenue and client relationships. + Identify and secure new clients through networking and referrals. + Collaborate with operations and other teams to ensure seamless service delivery. + Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies. + Manage CRM data to track activities and prioritize opportunities. + Respond to client and field team calls/emails, addressing requirements and issues. + Coordinate field team resources and engage subcontractors when necessary. + Maintain and update client and field team records. + Complete dispatch reports and share findings with operations. + Manage conflicts and resolve issues aligned with company values. + Redirect non-relevant inquiries to the appropriate department. + Communicate client concerns to operations and coordinate with other departments. + Assist Management with developing sales strategies and proposals. + Participate in strategy sessions to review past results and plan improvements. + Support the Health & Safety program and attend safety meetings as needed. Essential Skills + 1 year of B2B sales experience including prospecting targets, creating a sales call sheet, outbound calls/emails, client meetings, relationship development, and sales closing. + Proven success in sales, quantifiable through metrics/numbers. + Proficiency with CRM software and basic MS Office applications. + Strong communication skills with the ability to converse with varying personalities. + Attention to detail and a sense of ownership. + Proactive in foreseeing and mitigating issues. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Driver's license with a clean record. + Project management skills. + Post-secondary education in sales, business, or marketing. + Experience with Monday.com or similar CRM platforms. + Construction experience. Work Environment The position offers a flexible work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with potential for earlier or later hours. Initially, it requires five days in the office with flexibility for remote work as needed. The role involves on-site and road visits for client engagements. Personal protective equipment such as boots, vests, and hardhats will be provided. The workplace is accessible by transit and offers parking facilities. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Surrey, British Columbia. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $49920.00/yr.
