We are seeking a Service Representative to join our team in Singapore. In this customer-facing role, you will act as the primary point of contact between Rolls-Royce and our airline customers, providing 24/7 operational support, driving timely resolution of issues, and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction. You will build strong working relationships, identify business opportunities, and represent Rolls-Royce’s position confidently in diverse operational environments.
What you will be doing:
Position requirements:
Degree-qualified in a relevant discipline (Engineering, Aviation, or related) or equivalent practical experience.Proven experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within aerospace or a related technical services industry.Strong technical and/or services background, preferably with working knowledge of gas turbines, aircraft engine operation, and airline line maintenance practices/regulations.Good business acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.IT literate, with the ability to use data systems for communication, reporting, and analysis.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to present clearly, influence effectively, and build trust across cultures.Highly organized with strong planning and prioritization skills to ensure on-time delivery of commitments.Culturally aware, with the ability to operate effectively in a global business environment.Our vision is to ensure that the excellence and ingenuity that shaped our history continues into our future.
