What You'll Do:

Greet and assist customers who enter the service departmentDirect incoming calls and forward them accordinglyProcess customer payments and credit card transactionsLight bookkeeping: daily balancing and reconciliation of transactions in Excel WorkbookAssist the Service Team with various administrative duties as needed​

Who We're Looking For:

A team player with strong customer service skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced work environmentPrevious retail experience preferredWorking knowledge of Microsoft Suite and proficiency in Excel requiredProficiency in dealership software (CDK, VinSolutions, UTA) a plus
